Our organisation became incorporated in 1988 with early beginnings in the mid 1970’s (previously known as ‘Chelsea Neighbourhood House’).
In 2004 we relocated to our new premises at 15 Chelsea Road, Chelsea 3196 under the new name of Longbeach PLACE Inc.
with the support from State Government grants and the City of Kingston.
‘PLACE’ meaning Professional, Local, Adult Community Education OR ‘the place to be’.
